The AAPL is one of the top divisions in MFLS. We have active mangers who enjoy the game. The AAPL consists of two divisions - the Capital League and the Colonial League. The Capital League is the first division and the Colonial League is the second division. New teams always start in the Colonial League and have to earn promotion to the Capital League. The AAPL is a competitive division that also competes in the Champion's League and the Cup Winner's Cup.
